Kamar kurang bersih, di lemari ada bekas alat kontrasepsi yang tidak di bersihkan, dispensernya pun rusak, tidak ada handuk hotel dan perlengkapan mandi, pintu kamar sudah rusak, dan gorden yang menutup di dalam kamar cuma setengah.

Disappointing. The water is very small. Can't take a shower. There were mildew mold items on the floor and the toilet. No air conditioning. There are no idle plugs, used for fans and tv. When you enter the room, the room smells.

I checked in at 3 am for transit and I already had the info in the application, when it arrived it said it was full. Finally, the information to the receptionist was just given a room. The room is really musty, the bathroom smells bad, there is no running water. I just want to think about it because it's not really comfortable. Don't come here, it's really bad.

Saya booking dari 2 minggu lalu, pesen yang twin 130 rb. Keterangan nya dapat AC. Pas datang di kasihnya non ac, panas. Alasannya masalah di oyo nya. Dia bilang yang ac harganya 190 rb. Padahal harga kamar di oyo paling mahal 157 rb. Namanya saja syariah tapi tidak jujur manajemennya. Kasurnya bikin gatal, air nya lambat keluarnya. Tolong manajemennya diperbaiki tulis semestinya. Kalau tau gak dapet ac saya gak bakal booking di sana.

The staff is friendly, the prayer place is good. But not for the ablution place. There are no spare plugs in the room for us to charge our cellphone or laptop. So only 1 hole, if you want to charge, the TV turns off. Dispenser off. Please add for plugs, sandals. And if there are guests who have checked out, the towels are cleaned.
