In the application, it is informed that free check-in is 120 minutes in advance. But the hotel said: "That's in the application, Ma'am, at the hotel, it's different, Ma'am. All hotels are like that, Ma'am". The hotel does not have a lobby. The atmosphere is not comfortable. The bathroom was scary, the sheets were dirty. Room smells of dust. There is a very loud karaoke voice. When we wanted to check in the computer died, we waited a long time where before it seemed as if we were "evicted" because we checked in before 14:00. The worst hotel in the history of my life. - It was loudly noisy from 9 pm until morning, it turned out that the rooms next door were for boarding houses. Chatting without knowing the time while shouting, setting up dangdut at 3 am loudly, someone heating the motorbike in the middle of the night. As a result, I suddenly woke up. - Dirty bed linen made the skin itchy, plus there were sperm spots. - There were a lot of cockroaches. Please fix again. Arimbi hotel which is quite old, which should be an example. Jasmine class does not mean inhumane right? Prioritize the comfort of guests who want to rest in peace. Hope it gets attention. Thank you.

The worst hotel, the dirtiest, lies, doesn't match the photo. Very noisy night, dirty sheets, dirty rooms, unfriendly receptionists. It was really, really, really disappointed, until I didn't dare to enter the room, it was so bad that I finally decided to book a hotel beside it. In the end, it was advertised instead of staying in a room like that.
