I ordered 1 room for my friend. I ordered the family room type, which as far as I know, the family room is indeed for a family at a price of 165, in the guest statement I only filled in 1 guest, did not include 3 guests, 2 adults 1 child, when I got there it turned out to be extra again 65 thousand and unfortunately when I asked for an explanation because I did not understand the receptionist got angry saying I was fussy and asked to just cancel the booking, even though the information in the application could not be cancelled. Makes me give up, where there is no hot water, dirty rooms, not clean hotel (in my opinion).

I stayed on the 1st floor, there was water seeping from the roof, it looks like the toilet drain water from the 2nd floor. The air conditioner is not cold, the walls are moldy and damp, the lighting is dim. I stayed only 1 night, the next day I immediately checked out.

The air conditioner is cold, the room and bathroom are also clean, the tv is also clear, the lights are also bright, the location is strategic, near Indomart, near the city center too, the main thing is comfortable, mas and his mother are also friendly, yesterday was overbooked, but luckily someone co, so the boss immediately rushed to confirm, the best thing is 👍🏻.

Q, I think it's the same as the photo that was installed, it turns out , the tv is broken, only 1 channel that I never watch at home, there's no remod, good facilities, only wifi, the others . Sorry, I'm not satisfied with this hotel.
