The mattress feels really PER, sounds and is not comfortable on the body. The shower water is very slow. The TV can't be watched, it keeps loading like you haven't paid the bill or there is no internet. There are no headlights, so the lighting is not ok.

Disappointing choose to stay here. I got a room that didn't fit, the room smelled of cigarettes (even though the request was non-smoking), the sink was clogged, the mattress was not proper, the room was dirty everywhere. It was really bad, I immediately contacted the hotel and was promised a refund. But when I processed the refund, the hotel said that I would use the hotel until I checked out on May 1st. If you want to stay here, maybe you don't have to choose the OYO one.

The mattress was a bit broken, on the pillowcase there were traces of drool even though I had not slept at that time. The water heater doesn't work, you have to call someone first, the token runs out. The only good thing is the swimming pool 👍.

The check-in process is too complicated, there is no EDC machine for debit. Plus in the basement there is no signal at all. So payments using CC cannot be authenticated because there is no signal so that the SMS code cannot enter.

The towels weren't in the room, they said they would be delivered but they didn't come, so I had to go back downstairs, I've been waiting a long time, I was only given 1 towel. Check-in time came at 2 past, still had to wait to get the key. He said it was still being cleaned even though many were queuing around 3 hours before they got the key. Until the room, the towels smell sour. For ac and the mattress is quite comfortable.

Good location actually but inside the room was very bad, the sprinkle shower was broken, the bed was not comfortable making my back aching. Checking out that night to find better place to stay.
