Tidak jadi nginap karena stafy sangat tidak ramah. Kita harus check in jam 2 nian padahal kamar kosong. Waktu itu keluar dari hotel pertama jam 12 kesiankan anak saya nunggu di lobby 2 jam. Kata staf nya kena cas 50ribu baru boleh masuk. Itu pun ketus banget. Padahal kalo ramah mah insyaAllah kita kasih.

The hotel has not cleaned the floor and the room furniture is full of dust seems to have never been cleaned, the bathroom is also dirty, the air conditioner is not functioning so the room is hot, Complain is not served even the guest who was blamed finally moved the hotel at that time so that it could be lost due to non-refundable.
