I don't like this service, I ordered 1 room on the 2nd floor in 2018, then I ordered another room a few months, got a floor, and in 2019 I ordered to get the 4th floor, is it really good service? I want to order the hotel because it's near the office, but it seems the servants there are indifferent. Please note that the site is not questionable and 1 more, consumer records must be useless in the application, not open with the hotel.
