Pay VAT again, pay for vehicle accommodation, pay for parking every time you leave, there is no clarity between the hotel and the parking lot. Very disappointed.

The bathroom is not hygienic. Maybe it's better to give it air freshener. Also the sound of people chatting in the next room is too loud.

Dengan harga segitu lumayan lah. Cuma kamar mandinya saja yang agak kurang bersih. Tempat buat meletakkan baju ketika mandi juga kurang sekali. Jadi bingung mau dicantolin dimana bajunya.

Lumayan untuk hotel harga 100rb an, tapi kamar mandinya itu kotor dan bau, kurangnya itu aja.

Mbak resepsionisnya ramah banget. Kamarnya wangi. Rekom sih untuk yang ingin jalan-jalan ke Malang meskipun kamar mandi luar tapi bersih kok, hanya wastafel saja yang mati. Kalau ke Malang bakal nginep sini lagi deh.

Kecewa... sampai di tempat ternyata kamar manndinya luar, tidak dijelaskan di aplikasi... harus nambah 50 ribu untuk pindah kamar. plus nambah biaya parkir juga. lampunya radak redup, ac nya mendengung keras, mengganggu banget istirahat. shower panasnya mati, lapor ke resepsionis dibilang tadi bisa ternyata macet dan cuma bilang maaf aja... tidak ada upaya perbaikan .. jadi tidak mandi, soalnya dingin... terus gunanya nambah kamar mandi tadi tidak guna... tv nya juga buram semua...

Yang ada di foto dan aslinya sangat berbeda. kamar sgt kotor apalagi kamar mandi ada bekas feses di klosetnya. berdebu sekali barang2nya. seperti tdk pernah dibersihkan. yg paling buat kecewa adalah yg ditampilkan di foto tdk sama seperti yg asli.
