I'm very sorry to stay here, the place is really dirty, the rooms used have been used to sleep with the employees and the sheets are not changed, the sheets are also not clean, a lot of white. Worse, coming home after walking around, the room smells of cigarettes even though it has been locked before, it really looks like when you leave the room, the employees enter it, on the last night someone was in a trance and sometimes the water died so the last day I couldn't take a shower. And the most annoying thing is that from the initial check-in to check-out the employees don't say welcome or good bye, no words of thanks or sorry. When asked, the water is dead, mas, just stay still, it's really annoying. At night, it's even gambling and dangdutan

This pandemic period really affects hotel facilities. Nice hotel, complete facilities and the location is easy to reach. But because it was closed for a long time, and only opened again about a week (when I stayed) the room conditions were damp.

I really am very disappointed with this hotel (early arrival at 8:00 p.m. and there is no car park location, until inside our family met the receptionist to check in and show vouchers and proof of payment, but the hotel did not provide room inventory with my book on the grounds of the room Everything has been sold, while I have made a reservation for h-1 week for a vacation in Jogja, it's a shame because the manager's service is much worse than the employee, even the manager doesn't care and doesn't provide a solution for our arrival at 8:00 p.m. which in the end we as a family had to vagrant because almost all hotels have 100% occupancy) I was very disappointed because I had booked and the hotel sold the room to someone else. Really disappointed (the room was dirty too, from the lobby area to the dirty room, there was no large parking area).

Tidak nyangka banget tempatnya dari depan sudah seram. Pas masuk ke kamarnya jorok banget. Bed cover dan seprainya kotor dan bau. Belum selesai sampai disitu. Nyamuknya banyak banget di tambah kamar mandi yang tidak kalah bau dan kotor. Tidak akan deh, balik lagi kesin.

Early entering the hotel was disappointed because once entered the room stepped on the hotel floor was very dirty, Entering the bathroom was really dirty the floor and wc crusty yellow and smelly. dirty watafel for mercy. new towels were requested, There was no mineral water like the one in the advertisement picture, around 30 minutes the room air conditioner started to leak, the water in the pool was very dirty. Though take this hotel because there is a pool. Highly not recommended to stay at this hotel. I checked out early at 7 am to move hotel.
