The GH party asked for an additional room fee on the grounds that the room price that was ordered in the app was not available. Even though it was previously transferred. The choice is to move GH or increase. Even though the pen has fallen. The room is not ready, wait for the cleaning first. Disappointed. Got caught in the batman aing trap.

this is my 2nd experience at the nelvi inn, when I checked-in I got a new room, it was located at the back, small, I didn't use TV☹️, I was disappointed, I asked to move to a more comfortable room, by adding 50 thousand room fees, I got Delux kmar , and unfortunately still can't watch TV because there is no broadcast, the service and hospitality are ok ..

The homestay is very satisfying. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. We felt like staying at home alone. Last week we took 2 rooms, one suite and one deluxe. Really be a nice holiday.
