the hotel is poorly maintained, dirty, rubbish piled up near the elevator. the floor looks never been wiped, the sheets are stained, the glass is rarely wiped, the furniture uses PVC coating instead of HPL, and has been peeled off. fabric seat covers look dirty. my conclusion this hotel is "living shyly, not even dying".

I don't like hearing that my room is not in accordance with my order and before that there was no confirmation from the receptionist that the room I wanted to stay was not according to what I ordered when I checked in and there was no solution in Kasi and also in my opinion the hotel not clean enough

Don't book this hotel, I swear it's the dirty room that I got, which has already been continued for 4 nights. This is a dirty hotel or landfill, bad service. Even though we paid at the beginning. But the priority is to check in at the hotel. Online agents should survey before entering the hotel list.
