I have booked in advance but on the day I arrived and was refused because I did not enter the Oyo system, and my money was not returned immediately and had to wait for a refund that may not be able to return.

Obviously when I ordered, request first floor. Uh given the third floor, please repair the air conditioner. Cook AC number 16 as in number 27. Not cold blast. Change room twice. The AC is soaked.

3 floors there is no elevator, it is not recommended for those who bring a family of sepual / old pity if you go up high stairs.

Already booked a room for 2 nights and have paid payment by transfer eh when it arrived at the room that I had booked in advance far even cleared the same oran keep no more empty rooms-and on that day the clock was very tight at my personal event in Malang -very disappointing and from the side guard, Already tired from jogja the intention is to directly check in to the room and even get news that the room that I have booked already has a direct Astagas thought I was emotional I should have called an inn from there if it was booked waiting for his guest who wants to enter the room until his guest comes, not quiet. And if for example the other guest wants to enter the room they must also contact the first guest who has booked the room so don't just stay quiet!

For a cheap price, the facilities are in the form of hot water and air-conditioned rooms. I hope that in the future it will be further improved. As check the AC regularly (AC for room 16 is a bit less cold). Maybe for elderly guests you should ask for a lower floor or second floor, so you don't need to go up the stairs too far. Perhaps gypsum decoration that began to fall can be immediately repaired. The location of the hotel is great, close to the culinary center on Lake Beratan. Near the Velodrom morning market on Sunday mornings.

After checking in, we didn't even get the room after that, we were relocated to another hotel and the AC was very uncomfortable, dead noisy.
