Spacious rooms. Spacious bathroom. There is a hot shower. There are towels. AC cold. Clean TV. There are many food vendors around the hotel. Ample parking. Anyway, that's great. Subscribe here because it's close to Malioboro, you can walk 200 meters.

Second experience staying here (coincidentally last year I also stayed here but in a different room). Honestly, with a cheap price, the facilities you get are really good. Got a room in Bima room. Spacious room. 2 twin beds both clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean, it's just a shame there are some parts of the wood that are weathered. Smooth hot water. Get 2 towels and soap too. cold AC. Bright lights. There is a dresser and cupboard for hanging clothes too. There is a fairly large towel rack. The room wifi is fast. The TV is clear and the sound is also good. The location is also very strategic. To Malioboro just walk. Spacious parking. I happened to be in Jogja renting a vehicle and it was safe. Spacious lobby. The bathroom outside is also serviceable and clean. The officers are also friendly. Hopefully the next trip can stay there again.

Second experience staying here (coincidentally last year I also stayed here but in a different room). With a cheap price, the facilities that you get are really good. Get a room in Srikandi room. The room is quite spacious. The room wifi is fast. The TV is clear and the sound is also good. cold AC. The lights are a bit dim. There is a dressing table, two lounge chairs + a table. Got a cupboard for hanging clothes too. There is a fairly large towel rack. The downside is that the room is a bit stuffy and has an unpleasant odor, maybe because of the lack of sunlight and in the bathroom there are some parts of the wood that are weathered so there are cockroaches and the tub leaks. But behind that, the hot water runs smoothly. Get 2 towels and soap too. The hotel location is very strategic. To Malioboro just walk. Spacious parking. I happened to be in Jogja renting a vehicle, and it was safe. Spacious lobby. The bathroom outside is also serviceable and clean. The officers are also friendly. Hopefully the next trip can stay there again.

Tempat yang nyaman banget untuk staycation liburan di Jogja, akses kemana mana dekat banget, tinggal jalan kaki 5 menit nyampe Malioboro. Kamarnya bersih, yang utama Mbak Epy baik banget, sama mas mas yang lain pada ramah 👍 top banget. Insya Allah bakal jadi langganan terus kalau ke Jogja lagi. Semoga Oryza nanti bisa lebih bagus ke depannya dengan renovasi ruangan yang lebih baik 💗 terima kasih 💕.

Kamar pakai kipas angin dan shared bathroom gak masalah, sayangnya kamar kotor, kamar mandi kotor dan bau, pintunya juga rusak, halaman depan bau bangkai tikus, kipas angin kotor dan gak bisa muter. Kaya gak dirawat sama sekali. Hotel gaya klasik saking klasiknya jadi kaya gak terawat.

Maybe a lot needs to be fixed, from the door that is hard to lock, the bathroom roof, the walls that are already grinding, dirty tiles. It seems that it is better if the guest checking in wants to enter the room, it is sprayed first so that the room doesn't smell musty. There are flies, ants, mosquitoes, it's okay, it's an animal that wants to stay in a hotel. Room cleanliness needs to be improved, lots of dust on chairs and tables. Suggestions for guests who want to come here, bring a toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, and drink yourself because there is no welcome drink. Towels and soap are provided.
