Kamar sangat kotor, sprei kotor, terasa gatal di tubuh. Resepsionis nya ramah tapi security nya tidak ramah, mabok mabokan di luar hotel dengan pengunjung luar, terasa sangat tidak nyaman. Sebenarnya menginap masih check out besok tapi sebelum waktunya sudah pergi karena tidak nyaman dengan tempatnya,

Parah banget ud jauh-jauh dateng. Gak dihargain banget. Disambut nya mohon maaf tidak melayani pesanan lewat aplikasi. Bner-bner parah banget kasir nya. Kalo gak nerima pesanan lewat aplikasi ngapain lu buka di aplikasi. Tutup dong jangan lu buat di aplikasi nerima pesanan. Parah banget. Lm2 bangkrut ya pantes tempat jinah semua isinya. Gw suami istri karena balik gw kejauhan. Lagi cape banget. Tlog tu owner nya pecat krywan mcm apa tidak melayani dengan baik. Mau baik buruk nya tamu jauh-jauh ud bayar. Bukan gratis.

Hotel sangat parah, saya pesen kamar deluxe untuk keberangkatan ke bandara, tapi AC mati, dan tidak ada kompensasi pindah kamar, saya mau bayar, kamar sebelah, tapi di bilang udah penuh, dan akhirnya saya check out tengah malem, masa iya saya tidur ga pake AC, pihak hotel tidak bertanggung jawab, kasir sama rom boy malah ga ada melayani, tolong pihak hotel diperbaiki lagi stafnya.
