The experience of staying here during high season, the price is around 300. Choose a deluxe room which I thought was a spacious room, but it turned out I got room 308 which was quite narrow, not like the picture shown. (+) clean, check in was easy and fast, there was a public kitchen, a dispenser in the kitchen, there were cutlery + cooking utensils , in the room there are towels and toiletries, smart tv+netflix, there is a small refrigerator in the room, the building seems to be new, the furniture is quite aesthetic. (-) there is no bottled water in the room, no coffee+tea is provided, the room is cramped, when In the morning the water heater didn't seem to work, the water wasn't hot, the bathroom door was transparent glass, access was through a small alley. It looks like this hotel is an exclusive boarding house. Even though it actually didn't meet my expectations, overall it was good 👌

So far it's ok, it's cheap at that price, it's clean and smells good too, but it's a shame that the bathroom cover is clear glass, not frosted, and the bathroom ventilation glass to the outside is too wide and leads directly to the cupboard glass in the bedroom 😭 I'm afraid of the bedroom Behind you you can see the reflection in the mirror

The room is pretty clean because it's probably a new building, the toilet is a bit uncomfortable because it's all glass and people can see even if it's my husband. Ladies and gentlemen, the staff are not very friendly, the rooms are noisy because maybe this is like a boarding house, not a hotel.

There is a leak in the bathroom so the floor is always wet, the room is a bit humid and too bright because the ventilation is open. Overall ok.

Super delicious, this place is really recommended for those who want to go to Jogja, the location is strategically close to Malioboro and lots of places to look for food/snacks, the place really smells good, the kitchen is also clean, really comfortable, only the bathroom is transparent, hehe.

Termasuk murah dan sangat worth it buat penginapan harga 200-an. Enak banget buat nginep bawa anak kecil, soalnya ada air isi ulang dan dapur umum yang bersih + kulkas di kamar dan akses ke tempat makannya pun gampang dan beragam (soalnya deket sama banyak kampus). Staffnya juga ramah-ramah. Kalo ke jogja mungkin bakal nginep di sini lagi.

Tempat nyaman dan asri, fasilitas kamar sudah menggunakan smart TV dan free Netflix. Air minum melimpah, microwave, dan kompor. Tapi sayang titik hotel di maps tidak sesuai.

Bangunan bagus dan modern, kamar bersih, wangi, dan rapi. Kalau ke Jogja bakal nginep di sini lagi.

Overall sangat memuaskan, kamar bersih jauh dari kebisingan walaupun di kota, cuma tolong di update maps nya, setengah jam muter-muter nyari hotelnya gak nemu-nemu.

The room was small, the AC wasn't cold, the request for a double bed was said to be non-existent and there was no confirmation of whether it was there or not even though I had ordered it long ago.

Oyo class. I think it's a joke ehhehe. It turns out this is really recommended. Neatly clean. Aesthetic. And safe. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. May it always be like this.

Excellent place, and good place for stay when vacation

It is suitable for small family vacations or honeymoon couples, the design of rooms and lodging is very modern. There is a public kitchen and public diapers. The room and bathroom are clean. Get 2 towels, soap and so on. The TV is android. The man on duty is also friendly and very helpful. The only drawback is that the daily room orders are on the 3rd floor. So those who bring parents are not recommended. But the rest is all very okay 👍.

Room 318 that I stayed in was clean comfortable and functioning well.
