The experience was mixed, with the romantic and memorable atmosphere being enjoyable. The downside was that I chose the wrong check-in date, and unfortunately, I couldn't get a refund. There was no win-win policy, so I forfeited the two rooms with bathtubs, and I lost 3.7 million rupiah.

The view is quite good. The staff and service are friendly and helpful. It's just that the condition of the room is less than satisfactory. Quite a lot of facilities are incomplete, some even don't work (water heater, shower, washbasin) The items also look unkempt, such as furniture (cupboard, place to put things, bath-up) The area around the hotel is also not well maintained. The garden looks dirty and untidy. Most unfortunately, the view towards the beach is actually disturbed by the many untidy plants and garbage around the area. Hopefully it can be improved.

Amazing location, beautiful rooms, and great friendly staff! The restaurant is a beautiful room and the food was also very nice, but missing vegetarian options since everything was fish or meat. Definitely a different offering from what else is in Bira. I would definitely want to go back.
