Everything is of the finest caliber. They certainly live up to the five stars that they have; nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff here. I feel loved, welcomed, looked after, and cared about.

Great place, so luxurious with amazing views. We stayed at the 89th floor, the highest hotel room we've ever stayed at so far. Everything in the room is fabulous, really clean, lots of space, the bathroom is amazing with a huge bath, the room has a balcony access too. The views, especially at night, are superb overlooking Jakarta. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful, we were booked for a deluxe room king but they've upgraded us to an executive room king, we're so pleased. We've arrived at night and were a bit hungry, so we went to the Eden bar/restaurant at the 90th floor and had amazing Japanese food, bartender Ari (not sure it's the correct pronunciation) served us superb cocktails. They also serve amazing breakfast 😍. We would love to stay here again.

The hotel is located in the city center. Next to the hotel is Agora Mall, making it easy to eat and eat. It's within walking distance to Grand Indonesia. It was my first time getting a room on the 88th floor. The elevator ride was truly breathtaking. The city view was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. There was an a la carte menu. The portions for each item were just right, so we could try several different dishes. The restaurant is on the 90th floor. Wow! It felt spacious too. The staff were very helpful. We were busy with work, so we didn't have time to enjoy the other amenities. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great rest. The bathroom was quite spacious. We loved the soap and shampoo, and the scent. When we extended our stay, we were provided with drinking water and ice cubes. Overall, it was great. 🥰

Very strategic location. City center. Next to the mall. So it's easy to find food. All the staff are friendly from check-in to check-out. Breakfast has a lot of variety and there is an all-you-can-eat ala cart menu. The food tastes good. The sushi is delicious. The room is comfortable. The bed is spacious. The view is great. It's just that when riding the elevator it feels a little uncomfortable on the ears. That's because the hotel is on the 80th floor and above. But overall, I was very impressed staying there. I really liked their hospitality. From the moment I arrived and checked in, I was greeted very warmly. The receptionist (I forgot her name) was very friendly, explaining every detail of the hotel. They even made every effort to accommodate any special requests.
The view from this top-tier hotel is absolutely stunning at night. If you're staying at Pan Pacific, it's best to choose the Pacific Club, as it offers numerous benefits. Late check-out, lounge access, and free-flow snacks are available. Evening tea is also available in your room. Breakfast at Keyaki Restaurant is also delicious. Thanks to Irvan, Jesson, John, and all the friendly staff who helped with everything you needed during your stay.

My staycation was great overall, but there was one hiccup: I accidentally left behind my serum meds (which is pretty important). Totally my fault. I only realized it once I got home at night. I called to ask if they’d found it, but they checked and said nothing was there. It might’ve gotten thrown out since it was just a small box. I’d assumed they’d keep lost items for 24 hours, but no luck.

The hotel is located in the city center. Next to the hotel is Agora Mall, making it easy to eat and eat. It's within walking distance to Grand Indonesia. It was my first time getting a room on the 88th floor. The elevator ride was truly breathtaking. The city view was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. There was an a la carte menu. The portions for each item were just right, so we could try several different dishes. The restaurant is on the 90th floor. Wow! It felt spacious too. The staff were very helpful. We were busy with work, so we didn't have time to enjoy the other amenities. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great rest. The bathroom was quite spacious. We loved the soap and shampoo, and the scent. When we extended our stay, we were provided with drinking water and ice cubes. Overall, it was great. 🥰

Very strategic location. City center. Next to the mall. So it's easy to find food. All the staff are friendly from check-in to check-out. Breakfast has a lot of variety and there is an all-you-can-eat ala cart menu. The food tastes good. The sushi is delicious. The room is comfortable. The bed is spacious. The view is great. It's just that when riding the elevator it feels a little uncomfortable on the ears. That's because the hotel is on the 80th floor and above. But overall, I was very impressed staying there. I really liked their hospitality. From the moment I arrived and checked in, I was greeted very warmly. The receptionist (I forgot her name) was very friendly, explaining every detail of the hotel. They even made every effort to accommodate any special requests.
The view from this top-tier hotel is absolutely stunning at night. If you're staying at Pan Pacific, it's best to choose the Pacific Club, as it offers numerous benefits. Late check-out, lounge access, and free-flow snacks are available. Evening tea is also available in your room. Breakfast at Keyaki Restaurant is also delicious. Thanks to Irvan, Jesson, John, and all the friendly staff who helped with everything you needed during your stay.

My staycation was great overall, but there was one hiccup: I accidentally left behind my serum meds (which is pretty important). Totally my fault. I only realized it once I got home at night. I called to ask if they’d found it, but they checked and said nothing was there. It might’ve gotten thrown out since it was just a small box. I’d assumed they’d keep lost items for 24 hours, but no luck.
