Great place to stay. The room I was in was brilliant. The hospitality I received was brilliant. They've got a nice pool the bed was comfortable. The interior of the cottage was on point. Location was good too. Only problem I'd say was the WiFi wasn't working and the light cut out at times which caught me by surprise. Highly recommend this place. Met some really cool people too.

Perhaps the service could be more transparent in the future. Yesterday, we were asked to pay an additional fee after checking out. We weren't told from the start that there would be an additional charge. If we had known, we would have chosen a nicer room and asked for extra towels. But we were only told after checking out. Hopefully, they can improve in the future. 🙏🏼

The AC was on but not cold. The room had three beds for three people, but the storage cabinet couldn't be opened. I chose the one with breakfast, but between 6 and 10 am, there was no sign of breakfast being prepared.

honestly, I never write reviews but this experience wasn't good. there were 2 Cockroaches in the bathroom, the water from the tap/ shower was like pool water and the AC worked so bad that I couldn't sleep, it was way too warm inside...

stayed 2 days at Panda very comfortable and when checking out it was very difficult because the atmosphere was comfortable and the ladies and gentlemen were very welcoming. The check in process was also made easy by adding a private room. Recommended

The hotel staff was friendly, we were allowed to check in early. But unfortunately the mattress was very damp so it was very uncomfortable to stay in. We did not stay there and chose to look for another hotel that was more comfortable and also checked out earlier than scheduled. The facilities are okay. There is a swimming pool and the rooms are also quite clean. The area is very quiet.

Facilities are lacking, I didn't get toiletries, the water was very small, I came in 2 for 1 twin bed room. I had to pay double to pay for the mattress, said the receptionist. Many disadvantages during my stay here. I hope. Traveloka's website is more assertive with hotels like this.

Although the location is a bit in (walking about 5 minutes from the beach), but the atmosphere is quite pleasant, the room is comfortable, there is a rooftop if you want to see the scenery around at sunset / sunrise or twinkle stars at night. The most fun is the swimming pool which is quite okay for swimming or relaxing. Very worth it for the price!
