I was really disappointed, I had requested decorations for the wedding anniversary bed but when I arrived it turned out there was nothing even though I had booked and confirmed long ago, the decorations were made impromptu but only so much and suddenly they were asked for additional fees without prior confirmation. The facilities are also not worth it in terms of road access, view, and in many rooms there is no shampoo, the water heater doesn't work, there are no hangers and so on.

Sorry for the inconvenience, sis. There are additional charges for decoration. Because there is no payment for additional orders, we assume you will not order decorations. As part of our efforts, to ensure that there were still decorations, even though it was less than optimal because it was already late afternoon, we tried to fulfill your request even though in the end we did not receive payment. We only received complaints about the water heater and shampoo when my sister had checked out. We regret not knowing about it earlier so we could provide the best service for you. We apologize profusely for the shortcomings in service and facilities 🙏.

This place is underrated and needs more highlights, so that it can develop and be better maintained. Calm, cool, great view on the edge of Cileunca, kids friendly, good accommodation, friendly staff. Even though breakfast is just fried rice, it tastes delicious. Many people complain that they have to park across the lake and use a boat first (free as part of the hotel facilities) to get to the location, well that's actually an experience! Or the complaint is that there are flies or insects, what can you expect if you stay in front of the lake, behind it is a garden and the location is mostly outdoor? Just bring insect medicine. Basically one of the best staycations. Hopefully it continues to improve.

Lokasinya tidak jauh dari terminal pangalengan, untuk ke villa harus kontak staff dulu karena harus menyebrang situ cileunca yg sudah include fasilitas dr hotel nya. Kamar sangat nyaman dan bersih, kamar mandi juga bersih, air panas berfungsi dg baik. Suasananya the best. Hanya saja tidak terlalu dingin seperti di kebun teh. Ada paket bbq juga tinggal tanya saja. Overall sangat nyaman menginap disini, hanya saja di pagi-siang hari banyak lalat mengganggu di luar villa, mungkin karena sedang masa tanam.

Gak ada akses mobil ke hotel. Parkir mobil harus nyebrang setu itu pun dermaga untuk turun naik nya gak layak apalagi untuk orang tua. Sampe hotel resepsion gak ada cuma tukang perahu aja yg kasih kunci. Kamar mandi kecil sekali gak layak. Restaurant gak ada yg masak jd harus ke warung didepan.

The cabin is nice and clean, but it's not very comfortable because there are a lot of flies that come into the room from who knows where, then just a suggestion for food should be available 24 hours because at night it's quite difficult to find food. Then the hot water is also lacking so taking a shower is very cold. The score is 8/10, satisfied

Kamar bersih. Meski datang di bulan 12 tapi karena memang tahun ini kemarau, jadi airnya surut jauh banget dari kamar. Udara sejuk, lalatnya super banyak. Staff friendly and helpful. Bisa booked kegiatan ATV dan rafting juga melalui glamping ini. Harga juga cucok. Thanks yaa. Love it.

View tepi danaunya kereen, pas untuk glamping, menu makan nya meski sederhana rasanya lumayan enak. Udah dapet kayu untuk api unggun di malam hari, kasur yang empuk, bantal dan selimut. Ke depannya, mudah-mudahan tidak banyak lalat lagi yaa. Karena sangat mengganggu aktivitas kita. Staf lebih gercep untuk urus kita check in n check out.

The place is really suitable for healing from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can get a direct view from Cileunca, the only drawback is that the parking space provided is not in the same place as the accommodation, so we have to cross Cileunca by boat, if you want to bring your parents please be careful. The afternoon weather there is 18°, don't forget to bring warm clothes.
