A budget-friendly accommodation option for transit in Manado. It's close to the airport. The rooms are clean, with very cool air conditioning, clean water, and a reasonably clean toilet. Booking through the app is cheaper than booking directly. There's a food stall in front of the accommodation, and the food is delicious. Recommended.

The room and toilet are pretty clean, small but not too cramped, there is a car/motorcycle park, you can order food, or want to look outside too, it's not far away, the air conditioner is cold, I can't try turning on the TV, the bathroom water runs smoothly then it's a bit warm -it's warm, soap for bathing is available. The rear window of the hotel leads to the garden, the view is cool. Like the new hotel building. The advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the airport, a 15-minute walk also arrives. Excellent! It's just that what is provided in the room is only 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water, no toothbrush, and towels are also not provided, too bad. There is no hot water, but the water is already a bit warm, the blankets are small and thin, there are mosquitoes that enter the room but not many, maybe because the back is wet. Hopefully there can be an improvement. If it's just for a stopover, saving the budget for going to the airport, this hotel is suitable. But in my opinion, with the same price, there are still other hotels to choose from for comparison.

Pengalaman nginap semalam. 1. Proses check in bisa sejak jam 12.00. Proses sejak datang sampai dapat kunci masuk kamar kurang dari 30 menit. 2. Barang-barang yang disediakan: bed, bantal 3 (kepala 2, guling 1), selimut, handuk, pasta dan sikat gigi sekali/dua kali pakai, sabun mandi cair, TV (siaran agak bersemut tapi masih ok), AC (mantap), lemari, hanger, meja belajar, kursi, colokan dinding 1, tempat sampah dalam, keset depan di sisi luar, lampu ruangan (ada kuning dan ada yang putih). 3. Kebersihan: Ruangan dan toilet tidak ada bau aneh. Barang-barang yang sifatnya dilapisi/terbuat dari kain juga bersih (80 persenan, karena saya dapati masih ada bercak yang gak hilang di sarung bantal/guling) 4. Kloset duduk, air lancar dari sejak check ini sampai besoknya. Cuma pada saat besok paginya jam 8 ke 9, air rada macet dan keluar serbuk hitam (lantaran habis kali ya di penampungannya), tapi oke hal itu tidak berlangsung lama (kurang dari 30 menit). Suhu air tidak dingin, tidak pula panas, default nya agak hangat ke arah dingin (masih ok lah untuk mandi malam biar gak menggigil) 5. Resepsionis ok, meski tidak standby di mejanya, tapi jika pencet bel mereka langsung datang. 6. Kekedapan suara: masih mendengar suara dari luar atau suara tetangga lagi mandi di sebelah, cuma gak terlalu masuk kok bisingnya, masih bisa diterima (kecuali sumber bisingnya emang berteriak, ya masuk juga suaranya) 7. Transportasi: ojek online, angkot, taksi gelap (tunggu depan bisa diantar ke bandara atau ke arah kota, cuma ini gak ada kepastian dan harganya agak tinggi). 8. Market: ada swalayan 2 bangunan di sebelahnya. 9. Makanan: belum sempat lirik yang lain atau yang disediakan oleh hotel, cuma dari lokasi bisa pesan McD via ojek online dengan ongkir lumayan lah (pengalaman 20 ribuan). Sempat ngelihat nasi padang sekitar 1 kilometer, cuma gak sempat pesan. Secara keseluruhan, ok lah untuk sekedar singgah semalam sebelum lanjutkan perjalanan (ke bandara atau ke wilayah lain ke luar Kota Manado). Untuk nginap mingguan atau bulanan ada juga katanya (hubungi aja resepsionisnya ye).
