The owner of the guesthouse was very friendly and kind. I arrived at 11 AM but was allowed to check in immediately, even though I was supposed to check in at 2 PM, and without any additional fees. And remarkably, despite the budget-friendly price, the room was very tidy and the bathroom was clean.

In my opinion, if you want to go to Mangunan, it's really good to stay here because it's quite close, and the Heha Sky View is also close. But unfortunately, it was raining when we arrived, so we didn't go anywhere. The guard was very friendly. In the room there was a gallon jug and other complementary things like soap and tea. It's really good for just staying one night. Next time I go to Jogja again, I'll stay here again.

The location is good, not that far from the city of Jogja.. if you want to go to the pine forest, there are many choices. If you don't use a fan, it's better to use an air conditioner. Maybe use a fan during the day.. I recommend it.

The room is clean, the mother smells really good even though checking in via video call. Those who want to stay here both have to be married, you have to take a photo of proof of your marriage certificate/marriage photo first. In front there is a good angkringan for eating 3 cat's rice for breakfast 🤭. Even though there is no air conditioning, there is only a fan, but at night it is really cold.
