The building and cleanliness of the rooms are good, only the wifi doesn't reach the rooms, and the AC often turns itself off even though the timer has been turned off.

The room is hot, even colder outside. The AC often turns off automatically even though the timer is set. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the third floor, and the TV is just a display. I asked the receptionist and they said yes, that's how it is on the third floor. You know the AC isn't cooling, so you leave it on? You can't leave the Wi-Fi on either? Please improve.

Good, bathroom should be more clean and should have good drainage

The room is quite clean. I ordered a deluxe room but there really was no soap, no shampoo, and no toothbrush either. Even though I had booked 4 days in advance and I checked in at 5 pm, the room was not prepared well. I tried asking for soap at night, they said they would give it in the morning, until my whole body itched because I got caught in the rain when I arrived and took a shower without using soap. Try to be patient, I thought they would deliver soap in the morning until 7 am but in the end, no soap was delivered, so I didn't use it anymore. I wanted to ask for a shower but it turned out I wasn't given soap either. I arrived at the reception and was given soap in a big bottle. It's really outrageous, the staff are not very friendly either. Even though it was stated that there were toiletries. We also planned to buy soap at Indomaret that night, but unfortunately, it rained heavily and it didn't get light until dawn. So while I was staying at the hotel I didn't use soap or shampoo, just splashed water on it.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. It's not noisy. It's close to everything. Highly recommended for those looking for affordable yet classy accommodation in Malang.
