This hotel is very satisfying! It's very clean, the strategic location makes it easy to reach, and the friendly and helpful service made me feel very comfortable. A pleasant experience staying in Semarang while on vacation with family. Access to shopping centers that are just a step away and close to the city center and local heritage (such as Lawang Sewu) and local culinary which is very close just by walking. Complete hotel facilities (swimming pool, fitness center, and adequate car parking). The restaurant's food menu has many variations and delicious flavors.

I've stayed here quite often.
The location is very strategic, in the city center and inside a mall. So it's very easy to find anything. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained.
The shower head is a bit small, as was the case on several previous visits.
The only thing that's a bit disappointing is the early check-in facility. Last time, I arrived early (12 noon), wanting to get some rest. I was even willing to pay for an extra hour knowing it wasn't check-in time, but I still couldn't.

Check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly, and there was a direct access to the mall. Overall, the experience was good, and the breakfast menu was varied. However, the bathroom water was dirty and brown. Hopefully, the water system will be fixed soon.

The check-in service was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, a welcome drink was provided, and the bellboy was quick to assist with luggage. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. However, there were a few things to note: the TV sound quality was unclear, the channel selection was limited, Netflix access was not available, and the room was not soundproofed, making it quite noisy.

A hotel of Po's caliber should have its in-room amenities checked, maintained, and replaced regularly. The sink faucet in the room spurted water when turned on, soaking your clothes and, even worse, breaking. Even after repairs, the problem persisted.
The toilet also had issues, with the water constantly running and the noise disrupting sleep throughout the night.

I've stayed here quite often.
The location is very strategic, in the city center and inside a mall. So it's very easy to find anything. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained.
The shower head is a bit small, as was the case on several previous visits.
The only thing that's a bit disappointing is the early check-in facility. Last time, I arrived early (12 noon), wanting to get some rest. I was even willing to pay for an extra hour knowing it wasn't check-in time, but I still couldn't.
