This is our first and last reservation at this Polamas Residence hotel. We ordered 2 rooms but we didn't stay here. We came at 11 pm when we just opened the room to see the condition of the bed was like in the photo. There were dirty plates and glasses on the table. The bathroom also looks like it has just been used, there are dirty towels, soap and toothpaste that are scattered about. During this time we are traveling and staying in hotels like this. Even though we checked in at 11 pm, it seems impossible if the staff has not had time to clean the room because the guest check-out limit is 12 noon while we come at night. We asked for a refund from the hotel but the hotel told us to ask for a refund from the application. But after we asked for a refund from the online agent, the online agent argued that the hotel did not approve the refund because they gave us the option to change rooms.
