Clean. There are towels. There is wifi but when I want to ask the receptionist, the phone doesn't connect/doesn't answer. Even though it's on the 2nd floor. The cloth one is ok. Comfortable.

The hot water doesn't work, the room looks dirty, the sheets and pillowcases seem to have never been changed, it's no longer recommended and it's not comfortable to stay here.

The AC is not working properly. So the room was not cold, stuffy. So make it hard to sleep. Because of the heat. For his service the reception is friendly and good. the service is fast.

There is no hot water. The bed springs are all broken, so it hurts to sleep on the springbed. Restroom. Smelly toilet. Housekeeping banged on the room not yet 11 o'clock and unlocked the door with a master key to say check out time.
