I booked a deluxe twin room. Overall, it was very good. It functioned well, was clean, and had a beautiful mountain view. Behind the guest house is Oishi Cafe. However, they don't provide toiletries like soap, shampoo, or toothpaste. It's far from any shops.

We stayed three of us. No soap available in our room. We asked the hotel staff for the reason that it had not been restocked and had to wait for the manager. We asked where the manager was, apparently not at the place. We asked to try to contact via telephone, the staff said the HP manager was not active. After waiting for about 10 minutes, finally the three of us only got one soap.

The room is big, but I don't get toiletries and sandals, the receptionist gave the wrong room key, the room was still there and someone gave it to me, inside there were still suitcases and clothes for other visitors.

The facilities are good, the management is not. Giving the wrong room, not being able to print the receipt correctly, emphasizing as if it was a booking error because they don't want to be blamed for not knowing who the guests are, even though there are names of people who will sleep in the booked rooms. That's it. Try to find another place to stay guys.

Room according to the picture. this inn standard hotel. sufficient facilities. in the room also provided slippers. the condition of the room is clean, spacious, toilet, spacious but a bit dirty, especially the closet. The shower doesn't work. hot water is there. AC is not cold. Smoking area is there. The breakfast menu is sufficient. Hotel waiters are very friendly.

For the size of the guest house the rooms are quite large, clean and nice. The bathroom is also large, equipped with a shower and hot water. It just so happened that we got a room where the toilet might not have been cleaned, the toilet lid was broken and the sprinklers didn't work, so we had to flush it manually. The important thing is the room price is not expensive with all the available facilities, more services.
