Recently stayed here for a business trip and had a comfortable experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to access my office, and the check-in process was smooth with professional and welcoming staff. My room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was cozy. Pop Hotel BSD is a great choice for business travelers, and I would consider staying here again.

Somehow it feels different when entering the hotel premise. 1. The lobby was so nice, health protocol was kept and upheld by the hotel since we first came into. 2. Process check in is simple, no hassle but we have to deposit Rp 50thousand for every each key. The deposit will be refunded when we checked out. 3. The parking available in front of the lobby but with max 4 cars on it, but you can park your car at basement parking zone. 4. In the lobby you can buy many snacks, ice cream, sweeties, and other foods and drinks and guess what its open for 24 hours guys. So don't worry if you get hungry in the middle of nite. Just go to the lobby and your tummy are going to happy 😁. But if you are going to get heavier food just a walk nearby to the next door then you will find a McD store that open for 24 hours too. Fantastic. 5. The morning bites cafe are nice too for having breakfast with quite satisfied meal. 6. The unit was so quite small but I think it ' s worth enough with the cash we put it on.

went here for business. nothing special. looks dull and dark. linen doesnt feel entirely clean, but not yet obsolete either. toilet and shower feels like the one in the public transportation and the drain is clogged. sometimes the water is warm and most time cold, even though i always set it to hot. also prepare your own toiletries because they only give u small amount of liquid soap in a plastic.

Before checking in, I read other guests' reviews. But it happened the same day I checked in. I'd just gone to bed at 1:08 AM, and the hotel's smoke detector was beeping loudly. When I asked the front desk the next morning, they said someone was taking a shower using hot water. Hmm, please fix this, hotel management.
I've read about this incident in other guest reviews. The bathroom was also noisy because the portable bathroom was made of plastic, which makes noise when it comes into contact with water.
Oh, and the bathroom exhaust fan was noisy when the light was turned on. The breakfast menu was a little undercooked, with the chicken and broccoli and watermelon being a bit sour.
The staff were actually friendly, and the location is strategic.
Please improve and enhance the facilities.

A good hotel, close to ICE, so it's not too far from the hotel. Improvements could be made, including fixing the shower and peephole, which can prevent the shower from remaining static and the peephole from closing. Communication between staff is crucial, as there have been miscommunications regarding "do not disturb."

Suggestion: Provide glasses for drinking if complimentary tea and coffee drinks are not available. There are gallon jugs of water in the hotel room hallway but there are no glasses that can be used.

We initially stayed there because we wanted to watch a concert at ICE BSD, and this hotel was one of the closest. The location is very strategic.
The breakfast menu has a wide variety and is quite tasty, but unfortunately, the rawonny wasn't hot, so the fat clumped together.
The hotel and room were quite clean and comfortable. There was hot water in the bathroom, which was like a portable bathroom.
The only downside was the bidet, which sometimes wouldn't drain.
