We arrived there at night because we were stuck in traffic, but the staff still welcomed us in a friendly manner, especially when we brought small children. The rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water also works well. The water dispenser was empty when it arrived, but the staff immediately responded and refilled it immediately. Rooms are also well cleaned. Near the Gembira Loka Zoo tourist attraction. There are lots of places to eat around there too. Don't regret having a staycation here.

I had a fairly long stay at the hotel, and unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The door hanger only has a “Do Not Disturb” option and does not provide a “Please Make Up My Room” option, so I had to contact the front desk whenever I wanted my room to be cleaned. I was also given a room where the toilet bidet nozzle was not working. I reported this to the hotel and asked for it to be checked, but there was no follow-up or repair during my stay. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working, which caused the bathroom to remain damp and develop a musty smell. I reported this issue as well, but again, no solution or alternative was offered. Another disappointing experience was when I asked the front desk to store a drink in the refrigerator. This was not simply a personal preference; the drink was a souvenir that needed to be kept refrigerated to maintain its quality and shelf life. The front desk confirmed that they could store it, but it was ultimately not placed in the refrigerator. If the hotel was unable to accommodate the request, it would have been better to let us know from the beginning so we could find an alternative. The AC is centrally controlled and located quite far from the bed, making it difficult to adjust the temperature comfortably. What was most disappointing was not only the condition of some of the facilities but also the lack of follow-up after I had already reported these issues. I would have appreciated clearer communication, proper follow-up, and a solution or alternative whenever a request could not be accommodated.

Plus: Super friendly, responsive, and helpful staff 👍🏼 Minuses: Room size (quite small for prayer), bathroom exhaust fan not working, so it's always wet, faucet leaks when opened, AC without remote (temperature control is attached to the wall), location is a bit tucked away and quite far if you want to find food (we recommend using a delivery app), room is not soundproof.
