Tersempurna klo udah nginep di grup Pramana. Suasana jungle, golden moment pas pagi, staff ramah (cuma kurang tukang parkir yg sregep), masakan enak khususnya lumpia & nasgor. Pijatan spa balinese masage nya oleh mbak terapis, highly recommended, pijet sejam tp ful teknik. Tempat spa nya semacam pondok peri hutan di pinggir sungai. Perfect bgt dipijet sambil denger suara sungai. Mungkin ada kritikan, sandal dalam kamar kurang tradisional.

Bagus. Jauh dari pusat kota Ubud, menyenangkan di sini, natural dan recommend untuk honeymoon. Tidak usah khawatir untuk makan, karena restonya menyediakan makanan yang enak enak dan harga yang cukup oke.

It ' s the best place to stay if you are looking for tranquility. It ' s beyond my expectation. But the location is quite far from central ubud, it ' s a way easier if you rent a car or use transportation facility from the hotel. One thing I would like to request is to provide hot water for the private bathtub at room river suite. I think it would be amazing.

Pramana Giri Kusuma offers a different stay experience compared to other accommodations. Nature is everywhere: trees, rivers, waterfalls are all naturally available. The service is very good, friendly, fast, and satisfying. Clean rooms, good food in the restaurant. Very suitable for those who need a quiet place to stay and away from the crowds.

Saya cukup puas menginap di sini. Walau kamar tidak sesuai yang saya mau. Jika ingin ada kolam kecil di kamar harus note dulu. Karena saya pikir semua kamar ada. Ternyata tidak. Dan semua kamar tidak sama view-nya. Jadi jika ingin memesan kamar tanya lebih jelas dari pihak hotel. Untuk semua oke. Ramah banget pelayanannya. Thanks semuanya.

Truly the right place for healing, just by listening to the natural surroundings. It's a shame that while we were there it was raining. The service was absolutely amazing, all staff are kind and so friendly. And the best part is the ambience of the room, especially Kenanga room that included to category river room. The room is so zen and calming with the sound of the river below. The food of Jackfruit restaurant was so good and tasty, my favourite menu was american breakfast. I came here for honeymoon trip yet definitely will comeback for the next trip to Bali. Thank you so much, I really recommend this place 👌🏻👌🏻

This one bedroom villa is the third room that I tried. First I tried the river suite, the second room I also tried the river suite. For rooms, I prefer the river suites to the one bedroom villa. The gardens in the river suites are more spacious. And can listen to the gurgling flow of the river that soothes the heart. But the strange thing is that the one bed room villa is more expensive. Even though the river suites are delicious. In this villa room, again I can't take a bath. Because the hot water at this property is not sufficient. The bathtub is too big, the capacity of the electric water heater is not enough, I tried to trick it by heating the water heater kettle. But still useless. The water is still not hot enough. So instead of catching a cold, it's better not to take a bath. I tried 3 different rooms. But none of my soak in it. Very unfortunate. The rooms in this villa have cleaner sheets, than in the river suites there are stains on the sheets. Good breakfast. Prices in the restaurant are cheap. The hotel is suitable for calming down, just needs to fix the water heater. Using a gas water heater is better in my opinion.

Have stayed here twice. Bathub is not useful for soaking. Should have replaced the water heater with gas. So you can fill the bathtub with hot water until it's full. This bathtub is just for display. Unless you want to soak in cold water or lukewarm water, you have to follow the directions from the hotel, first fill half of cold water, then hot water. Still not warm enough. Where is the mountainous area. When told to soak in cold water or lukewarm water, you can catch a cold. Dirty sheets have stains like d*r*h marks, but I'm also not clear what the stains are. It's better to give bleach to keep it clean, stains like that should be gone. It's a bit uncomfortable to see the stains too. Breakfast is delicious, afternoon tea and snacks are okay. Cleanliness needs to be improved again.

When checking in is slow, you should check in at 2 pm, until 14:30 you can only enter the room, the reason is that the room has not been cleaned up. Late check-in but no compensation. But the next day at 11:30 am already on the phone, must check out at 12. Check in late due to hotel error. Consumers can not do anything. But if you check out you have to follow the hotel rules, he said. Afternoon tea is okay, breakfast is also great. I understand the area around the hotel has lots of insects, it's not a problem for me. I also haven't been bitten by insects since the day, but at night I rest using blankets and beds there, in the morning my body is itching. And my friend's body is itchy too. As for insects in the hotel area, I don't think so. Because these bumps appear when you wake up, maybe you should pay attention to the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets. I really like staying here, the hotel area is great for relaxing, and the breakfast is also delicious and good. Only in my opinion the check-in and check-out process is lacking. And the cleanliness of the bed can be itchy. But over all I really like it here. And want to stay here again. Thank you

Staff hotel sangat ramah & helpful. Kamar luas, nyaman, dan bersih. Pemandangan di area sangat bagus, banyak spot foto, menyatu dengan alam, dengan sungai dan hutan di sekitar balkon. Cocok untuk healing. Terdapat canyon yang sangat indah di area hotel dan bisa mengikuti kegiatan tour dari hotel (with additional charge). Breakfast yang disediakan enak dan lengkap. All is good. Definetly will come back.

Just speechless about this hotel, I'm happy because of the pleasant hospitality, the food, the ambience, everything in this place is just awesome, and I'm sad at the same time because I just had one night staying here because of lack of time visiting Bali, for sure I'll be back to staying here, just thank you for the very very satisfied service 🙌🙏
