First time staying here, originally intended to stay 2 days, increased the booking to 4 days. Very surprised with the hotel. Having been to Jogja many times, this is my first time staying here, it will be my main place to stay when in Jogja. Close access to Malioboro (even though I am on the lazy team, and bringing small children) everywhere is close. The room is spacious and clean, the varied breakfast tastes delicious, the swimming pool is clean, perfect for small children after a 13-hour train ride, check-in at night, the next morning breakfast and swimming. Very happy. Personal requests because I brought small children were also fulfilled by the hotel (thank you very much). Will stay here again. 10/10

Thank you, Prima In Hotel, for providing a wonderful stay for my child on their first visit to Yogyakarta. My room happened to be an executive suite, but I didn't expect it to be this comfortable. The floor was fully carpeted and soft, the air conditioning was quite cool, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room service was excellent.

This is my first time staying here, and so far I've enjoyed it. The room was clean and smelled great. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's close to Tugu Station, just a 5-minute walk. Malioboro is easily accessible on foot or by rickshaw.

We booked a month ago. We chatted with the admin beforehand to ask if we could check in early. They said no. Okay, maybe we thought it was school holidays, so the hotel was fully booked. In the end, we decided to go sightseeing first. We arrived at the hotel at 3:00, and we should have been able to check in right away, but we had to wait because they said it wasn't ready yet. The reason was ridiculous, as we had booked a non-smoking room. A ridiculous excuse. Please improve in the future.

It's close to everything, the price isn't too expensive, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to bring large suitcases because the stairs are too steep.
