First time staying here, originally intended to stay 2 days, increased the booking to 4 days. Very surprised with the hotel. Having been to Jogja many times, this is my first time staying here, it will be my main place to stay when in Jogja. Close access to Malioboro (even though I am on the lazy team, and bringing small children) everywhere is close. The room is spacious and clean, the varied breakfast tastes delicious, the swimming pool is clean, perfect for small children after a 13-hour train ride, check-in at night, the next morning breakfast and swimming. Very happy. Personal requests because I brought small children were also fulfilled by the hotel (thank you very much). Will stay here again. 10/10

The hotel was pleasant, as the hotel accommodated our request for children (thank you very much). The rooms were clean and spacious. I love rooms with balconies, which can be opened as long as you inform the staff. You can see the city night view of Yogyakarta, which is truly magical. The breakfast is also delicious. The staff are very friendly. The service at this hotel is excellent, there are no rude staff, everyone is friendly, even the security guards. Very good.

Check-out was incredibly slow and not in order of first come first served. It was very haphazard. I was supposed to be at the station by 7am. Sorry, but this has to be said.
