I hope in the future the hotel will be a smoking free hotel as I didnt realize that the hotel still provide smoking floor and I reserved the room at the smoking floor. Of course it wasnot hotel’s mistake. It was my mistake as didnt put the note to have a smoking free room. For hospitaliy and cleanless satisfied

I checked in/arrived at the hotel on November 9th. I arrived at the hotel too early and ended up looking for food because check-in was at 2:00. Before check-in, I asked if the room was available or ready, but it was still being "tied up." I asked again when I was about to check in at 2:00, and the answer was, "The room is still being tidied up." I ended up waiting until after 2:00. I was tired from the long trip. After a long wait, I was finally offered a smoking room, even though I had booked a non-smoking one. Rather than waiting for my booked room, which was still being "tied up," I had no other choice. I couldn't wait to rest. After entering the room, the AC leaked, making the floor wet. I couldn't be bothered to complain, so I covered it with a towel. I apologize, but I give it a 2/5 rating. Please pay more attention to the service and responsiveness. Hopefully, it will improve.

My breakfast every morning is Sum2 porridge, KTN HTM, KCG Hijau, and Mutiara. I haven't gotten bored in 3 days. Sunrise from my bedroom window. I booked 3 rooms. My friend, who got rooms 2 and 4, was disturbed by the loud music from the club at the end. Personally, I wasn't bothered by room 10. Overall, the location is good, and the service is friendly.
