It is very worth it to stay. Access to the city is very easy, the distance to the city center is very strategic, the staff is very friendly, the hotel area is guarded 24 hours, the bathroom is very clean, the room is always cleaned every day, close to places to eat. Next time if there is a vacation to Jogja, I will definitely stay here again.

Staying here was very satisfying, the villa was nice, spacious and clean. There are also kitchen facilities so we can cook occasionally. Wifi works fine. And the most impressive service was Mas Adit who was top notch. Very helpful for us if there are external needs. This is the absolute best!!! Complete facilities, refrigerator, cold AC, everything. The twin-sized bed is also big. Close to many eateries. Really great. Want to come back again if you go to Jogja. Recommended, don't hesitate guys if you want to book this.

the price is pocket-friendly with complete facilities, only for the cleanliness could be improved again, sis. When entering the room there were still some hairs from previous customers on the floor and on the mattress. Then in the bathroom there were some small worms that emerged from the gaps in the ceramic when flushed with water, for me who is a bit ticklish with worms, this really bothered me when bathing and ablution (can be removed by spraying water into the water outlet but it was still annoying). the room is not soundproof so when there is activity in the next room we can hear.

The hotel is nice, the service is also good and very fast. Once the AC suddenly ran out of freon at 3 in the morning, the staff immediately came to change the room after a call. It's just a shame that the building is nice, the service is good, but the facilities are not good, especially the AC and water heater that only heats up for a short time. The room smells very strong, like a hospital, especially for smokers, it is very unfriendly, having to go up and down the stairs, there is no smoking area near the room.

The price is worth it with a room like this, the first time I entered the room it was quite clean, comfortable, spacious to move freely, the refrigerator and AC also functioned well, it was quite close to the shopping center, also close to the laundry so there was no need to worry if our clothes got dirty and we only brought a few clothes, the staff were also communicative, explaining things easily and clearly, the parking area was spacious and safe.

Honestly, there were tiny worms in the bathroom. There was a lot of dust on top of the cupboard. The stairs were also old and dirty, and not well maintained. But the good thing was there was hot water.
