It's under renovation so it's noisy. Access to the resort is off-road, not asphalt. I didn't expect access like that. But the location is really good on the beach.

1. The location is far from the crowds but creates its own crowds. The road is unmaintained and uphill. If it rains, it can cause car tires to slip. 2. There are no snacks. It's highly recommended to prepare before entering the hotel. 3. There's a private beach, but you have to be prepared to climb and descend 124 steps. Not recommended for seniors with difficulty. 4. The wayang orang performance is super cool and recommended! 5. The cleanliness of the area and the hospitality staff are very lacking. Increase the staff because the area is large. So, every corner should be on standby so customers can experience the hospitality. 6. Power outages cause the Wi-Fi to shut down and the TV to not connect. 7. Those staying in the romantic room should be given straight access to the pavilion rather than winding paths. 8. Food is expensive! So, for those who are not familiar with the traditional Chinese cuisine, it's better not to recommend it. But the pizza is delicious, and the fried noodles and rib soup are super delicious. 9. If it rains, you're stuck. You can't do anything. There's no entertainment except watching TV in your room. 10. The swimming pool is dirty, but it's still crowded. The staff on standby to clean it are nowhere to be seen. 11. A highly recommended place for healing. No cell phone, no laptop, slow living because there's really nothing to do except swim and the beach. The pool cues need replacing; the tips are already curled.

Plus = Good location because it is directly on the beach, the swimming pool is large and does not smell of chlorine, the food is delicious. Minuses = 1. The road to the hotel is still bad (and slippery when it rains) and there are no street lights along the road to the hotel 2. The parking and entrance to the hotel are messy because of hotel construction 3. The hotel room is a hit-and-run color 4. The shower water is small 5. The telephone line in the room and in front of the elevator is dead 6. The hotel staff is not friendly & slow to respond to complaints.

I was moved to another room with the excuse that the AC would be out of order and repairs would take 2-3 days, but after I moved to another room, the room I was previously occupying was immediately occupied and I saw it myself, I felt lied to and disappointed because of the dishonesty.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, thanks to the pool with ocean views and access to Parangtritis Beach (the walk is quite strenuous if you're bringing small children). Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations upon our arrival, so it was dusty and noisy. Our room had a view of an excavator (we didn't choose a pool view). But it was a nice stay for exploring southern Yogyakarta.

We stayed in a Deluxe King Romantic Cabana. The room was large, had a refrigerator, cool air conditioning, and a balcony with an ocean view. The hotel view was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and varied. There were kue cubit (cubit cake) and sushi, and there was a lady selling jamu (herbal drink) around. The bar menu was also delicious. I bought snapper and rib soup while sitting in the cabana enjoying the sunset.
