This is our first time to this hotel, initially we were from the hospital in Kudus but because the doctor didn't come that day and we wanted to go back to Solo, it was impossible. So we looked for a place to stay around the ring road. Well btw, we were shocked because the window in front of the bathroom door was slightly open, it was really crazy. Please fix it again, especially since we wanted to check out and there was no one guarding the reception, we waited quite a long time and there was a check-up at the hospital again. For the blanket, also give us a clean one, sis, it smells musty. Maybe it's the effect of the rain so it doesn't dry. With a price of more than 300 we didn't get a toothbrush and toothpaste. It can be fixed again so that it's more crowded for those staying. Thank you

The room was given plastic from a drink bottle, and the cleanliness behind the TV still had a lot of spider webs. When I wanted to check in, I was stopped by the housekeeping staff, but they immediately asked me to check in and pay, not at the front office.

Berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi kami: Kami menginap di kamar yang ekonomi, paling murah. Kamar lebih cocok disebut penginapan, lebih seperti kos dengan fasilitas bed, kipas angin, bantal, tv, meja, kursi, kamar mandi dalam. Kamar cukup bersih pas kami datang. Namun hari berikutnya tidak dilakukan pembersihan harian. Bahkan tempat sampah yang kami letakkan di luar kamar pun dibiarkan saja. Sarapan untuk kamar ekonomi hanya roti selai dan teh hangat. Handuk hanya selembar, itupun harus minta dulu (jangan kira langsung diantar pas minta). Tidak ada selimut, stop kontak hanya satu di sebelah ranjang. Sikap pegawai juga menyebalkan, banyak sampah berceceran malah mereka pada nongkrong sambil ngerokok. Meskipun ditawari untuk upgrade kamar, kami menolak karena kami tidak yakin pelayanan dan fasilitas akan berubah.

This is the first time I found a hotel that didn't have blankets, I asked how come there weren't blankets and the answer was for different types of rooms. Even though in a hotel whose price is below that, you can still get blankets.

Pertama kesana resepsionis aku kasih tau udah pesen lewat aplikasi malah ga paham, sampe kamar eh ga ada sabun atau sampo tapi wajar paginya mau ngopi tanya sama resepsionisnya malah kabur sambil jawab nanti, pelayanan kurang memuaskan, tapi setidaknya kamar cukup nyaman bisa tidur nyenyak.

AC tidak dingin, pelayanan kurang ramah, jelek, pihak hotel ditegur masalah AC kok disuruh nunggu besok, tidak ada tanggung jawab ganti kamar. Jawabnya semua kamar sama gak dingin. Berarti jelek dong semua AC nya. Breakfast nya sama sekali gak enak, nasinya kaku buat nasi goreng. Parah makanan di sana. Suara di luar masuk di kamar. Istirahat kurang enak.
