AC tidak dingin, pelayanan kurang ramah, jelek, pihak hotel ditegur masalah AC kok disuruh nunggu besok, tidak ada tanggung jawab ganti kamar. Jawabnya semua kamar sama gak dingin. Berarti jelek dong semua AC nya. Breakfast nya sama sekali gak enak, nasinya kaku buat nasi goreng. Parah makanan di sana. Suara di luar masuk di kamar. Istirahat kurang enak.
