It was really nice staying here.... The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the food had a lot of choices and was delicious, the swimming pool made me feel at home and the price was really worth it.... If I go to Cikarang I will definitely stay here again

This is my third time staying here. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. I was a bit confused when I wanted to have breakfast; it was moved to the lobby and I wasn't informed at check-in. The menu is a bit smaller, unlike before, but it was more extensive and complete.

I stayed just for vacation, arrived at 14.22 check in process waited again for about 15-20 minutes, the room should have been tidied up before 14.00, so I didn't have to wait long, for the room was spacious, clean, all the equipment was complete.. but in the middle of the night I saw a cockroach under the bed.. it seems like the underside of the bed wasn't cleaned.. it was a bit ticklish and somehow felt, for the standard breakfast for *4, I went down at 7 some of the food was already finished and it didn't seem to be refilled again, a 12 year old child was charged 75K. for drinks can be refilled from the dispenser outside the room.. hopefully the cleanliness and breakfast will be better. Thank you
