It's a basic place to stay at in Sabang, located at sumur tiga beach (you need a few minutes on foot to reach the beach). It's in between two big resorts, so we could easily find food around. This place does not provide any food. No hot water here, but room was clean upon check in.

When the rain comes down, you won't have any food to be eaten because they don't have a food service. For the rest, it's cozy to stay here

The mattress was not comfortable, iron for everyone, even though the intention was to rest so that the body would feel good, instead it all hurt. Location far from city center, smelly & haunted rooms. Last time I stayed here. I am very disappointed.
