The hotel doesn't have an elevator, the stairs are made of wood, and the room door can only be opened from the outside. That's one of the complaints from other hotel guests. There's also no security, let alone a swimming pool, but the advertisement says it's a 5-star hotel.

I don't know how much the rate is on weekdays, I got a higher rate because it was New Year's. The check-in process was a bit long, the officer still had to call someone else to ask about the room's availability. I had to see proof of payment on my Traveloka app, even though I usually don't at other hotels. I got the 4th floor and there was no elevator, so I had to struggle up because the stairs were relatively narrow and steep. The room was small.
