The rooms are clean, the toilets are also clean, the receptionist is friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very dark especially in the garden. The lights in the room are not bright enough. Cleanliness is lacking. The swimming pool is very dirty. In the corridors and the lobby is very hot. No bath soap. Room slippers only 1. The hotel atmosphere is very tense. Especially in the hallways
and in an old building that is not filled with guests. The elevator has never been working. Staff and service are not friendly

It ' s always my first choice hotel when back to hometown. Room quite spacious, location is OK, got fridge and cleanliness is well maintained. The downside were no longer provide soap/shampoo and wifi connection was very bad inside my room except lobby or front corridor. During my 10th days stays never get wifi, complained they also can't help at all.

The staff was convinced they had given us an extra towel that was then missing, and it became a big deal to try and sort out. The staff seemed more concerned with finding a towel, that wasn't even nice, than with customer service.
