There were mosquitoes in the room. There was a toothbrush left by the previous guest in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was slow.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Access to the hotel was quite congested.

The location is good... but the hotel room and breakfast area are really dirty, full of dust. The toilet is dirty, there's dirt, it's not cleaned properly. The floor is dirty, full of dust. There's one dirty sheet. Unhygienic and dirty, sorry to say.

close access to Krisna souvenirs and the city center, friendly staff, the table and drawers are big enough to accommodate your belongings, the toothpaste is Pepsodent, the downside is there are no sandals, the water tastes a little salty and has an iron smell, the sheets still have a sweaty smell in the middle as if they haven't been replaced with new ones, breakfast has quite a lot of variety, the room is not soundproof

Great area when you're about to spend your last day in Bali and you need to buy souvenirs, Krisna Sunset road just across the hotel. And going to the airport is only 15 minutes.

The location is very good but it is not accompanied by adequate parking facilities, the room is also not comfortable, we can hear conversations in the next room, plus in the bathroom when we take a shower the water accumulates or floods because the drainage is clogged, the water cannot drain quickly.

It doesn't match the price. The cleanliness is very bad. The bathroom has very bad stains on the walls. Many of the furniture are peeling. The wallpaper is peeling. The floor is moldy. Hopefully, in the future, more attention will be paid to cleanliness because it's a shame that the lobby and the outside appearance are good, but the rooms are so-so.
