I love the hotel ambience. The sports facilities next to our room are complete. The kids enjoy playing basketball, badminton, tennis table, billiards, and swimming. They also enjoy cycling around the hotel. The staff are friendly. It's a recommended hotel for family staycation.

The hotel price is affordable, with relatively spacious rooms, clean, comfortable if you bring children... there is a playground... just need to improve the taste of the food... and also the playground is better maintained,,, but overall it is comfortable to stay with family, the service is also friendly

I booked a deluxe room. The room concept is unique, like an old-school Yogyakarta room. The interior is wooden except for the bathroom. The bathroom is a bit unfortunate, our room's sink kept leaking water, perhaps there was a problem with the faucet. Then the drain hole in the sink also seemed to be problematic, the water stagnated in the sink because it took so long to drain. For breakfast, the quality of the F&B needs to be improved. I tried the cereal, the c*c* crunch tasted less than delicious, as if it was old. One of my friends tried the chicken pieces in the porridge, she said the chicken smelled a bit. Cleanliness also needs attention, because a cockroach leg was found near the bed pillow. Actually, this hotel is nice and unique, but maybe some small things need to be reconsidered that affect the comfort of the guest. Overall 6/10. Keep up the good work for Ramada!

This is my second stay at this hotel. I first booked a Superior Residence (135) and requested a non-smoking room. It turned out that the hotel's policy was that this room type was flexible, and the receptionist suggested moving to a Deluxe Residence (215) for an additional IDR 100,000 charge. I ended up moving, hoping for a better room. It turned out that night, the AC leaked and became blocked by frost, and it dripped heavily. Disappointing. Hopefully, the hotel can improve and improve its unit maintenance.

before 12 o'clock I called the receptionist asking for a late check out at 1 o'clock the reason for asking for a late check out was also at 5 o'clock when I checked in, I've never stayed at any hotel asking for a late check out only to be added 30 minutes, which surprised me at 12.25 pm, someone knocked on the room, apparently it was the receptionist, asked me if I wanted to check out or extend, is a hotel chain like Ramada Wyndham worthy of being treated like this by a guest? Did I make a big mistake? by politely expelling them and strangely the hotel was also not having many guests, it could be seen that there were not many cars parked.

The location is a bit far from the city center, closer to Solo Airport. But overall, it's good. The family rooms are very spacious, with a classic, luxurious feel. Breakfast wasn't provided, but we tried some of the room service. The fried rice was delicious, and the pizza and other snacks were quite good. The hotel grounds are spacious and there are many Instagrammable spots around.
