My stay here was pleasant, and the service was friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is that the Wi-Fi in the Cigintung Bungalow rooms is very slow and frequently disconnects, which makes the kids cranky when they want to play with their gadgets. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

A comfortable hotel suitable for families with beautiful views. There are many food stalls along the roadside and an Indomaret (you can access it through the small door near the swimming pool). The rabbit park is free to access (the rabbits are adorable), and there's also a paddle boat to explore the lake. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Ranca Bango. I'll definitely stay there again next time.😊

A very luxurious view, excellent service (except for the receptionist, who could perhaps be more friendly and knowledgeable, so when guests ask questions they can provide better information). As for the room, I think it’s just standard. Even though I booked the bungalow type, it felt very hot, the AC wasn’t cool, and it was only available in the bedroom. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and no hot spring pool either. But the view from the swimming pool was amazing, and the public facilities were also very, very beautiful.

The hotel view is really nice, the rooms are also nice and spacious, there are lots of children's activities, a bit surprised why this hotel was quieter than the hotel next door when we stayed. Even though we think this is much better. Will stay again when we go to Garut. top.

A Balinese-style hotel with views of Mount Guntur. Perfect for a staycation or honeymoon. The bathroom is complete with toiletries. Good Wi-Fi. There's a regular pool and a children's pool. There's a garden with lots of rabbits running free. There are several small bridges through the gardens and rice paddies. Breakfast is quite complete and tasty. The hotel's location is convenient, with the nearest destinations about 20 minutes away. Overall, the experience was excellent.
