The places is totally horror. The hall is creepy. The bath room is disaster, super dirty, the room light is dark, don't waste your money here

The hotel is quite comfortable, but there is no telephone so it is difficult to communicate to the receptionist, imagine if the room is at the back. Then the bathtub didn't work, and a large old wardrobe was still on display.

Not strong. When I entered the room, I immediately felt the horror. I was more surprised to see that the pillowcase had blood stains on it. Dirty curtains. The bed sheet has a lot of hair. Hey, maybe you can't sleep, so check out right away.

This review is for input only to the hotel, to pay attention to the cleanliness and service of the hotel. It's a shame that guests who want to rest can't even rest because they are uncomfortable, even going to the bathroom feels like closing their eyes so they don't feel disgusted. The toilet and sink are very dirty, the curtains and spray seem to have never been replaced.

Book a superior room. It didn't live up to expectations. The condition of the room is like it has not been occupied for a long time. Lots of sawang-sawang, pillowcases and dirty brownish black towels. There are no foot mats and tissue in the room. Please improve the service again.

This was our experience staying with a very extraordinary family, we didn't take a shower, because the toilet was dirty and dirty. Due to a family vacation I ordered an executive room, the room was big, but sad, the floor was dirty, lots of trash, the bed sheets/sheets were dirty and lots of hair, the room smelled musty, the TV remote was missing, very sorry and very disappointing to stay here. Not recommended.
