I’m still torn between the feeling that the front desk staff lack experience and the impression that, above all, I’m seen as just a wallet. It’s a pity, although I imagine it’s more a lack of training that creates this impression. In the end, though, it’s nothing too serious, as their kindness makes up for it.

The bathroom was clean, there was hot water, the AC was cold, the room was clean and fragrant, and breakfast was included. The downsides were that there were no toothbrushes, and there was a TV, but it wouldn't turn on (not a problem for us). If I go to Selat Panjang, I'd stay here again... keep the current one.

Thankyou, friendly staff 🥰, the dessert is delicious, just please warn people who smoke not to smoke inside the hotel, the food is delicious, but the restaurant is full of cigarette smoke, pity those who bring small children 🙁.

Kamarnya bagus, bersih rapi dan nyaman, dekat kemana-mana, di sekitaran hotel banyak kuliner tinggal jalan saja untuk beli makan, dan saya beserta keluarga kalo ke Selatpanjang selalu menginap di Red 9 Hotel, tak mau ke tempat yang lain, hotelnya sangat recommended pokoknya.

Sangat memuaskan di sini. Meskipun di kota kecil tapi pelayanan hotel serasa 5 bintang an. Karyawannya ramah sekali. Ada pertanyaan selalu dijawab dengan baik dan sabar. Untuk sarapannya. Juga wenak poll. Sangat berkualitas meskipun harganya terjangkau. Mau jadi langganan sini aja deh. Kekurangannya sih. Cuman tidak ada tempat sikat gigi. Dan agak bauh rokok saja dikamarnya. Jika 100 nilai maksimun. Aku beri nilai 98.
