The room is horrible, full of mold, cracked walls, the sheets have never been washed, the pillows are so-so, at the same price there are many better places than here. If you want to make accommodations, at least prioritize comfort first.

Dirty, smelly, and hair all over the bed. The room felt like it cost 50,000 Rupiah. The blankets were so slim.

the hotel it was terible,not clean enough,looks like old hotel.some more the bed sheet,pillow looks dirty.when i just go inside the room the camphor smell quite strong.i feel breathless already.than i cancel to stay there,nvm even i lost my money.

The place is okay and comfortable for backpackers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are TV facilities, mineral water and hot water. Only shampoo and soap, apparently the containers were not separated. Maybe the room photos can be updated to suit the type chosen. So don't use the same photo for different room types. Overall but okay. Thank you ✨

The toilets are not clean, the water often goes out, the place is difficult to find because there is no clear sign. Quiet place. For food, there is a stall next to the hotel. The blanket was damaged. The cupboard is in poor condition. Please improve at least the cleanliness of the toilets and the availability of water.

pleasant and comfortable, the location is also strategic but unfortunately it's a bit strange as long as I use traveloka to book a new hotel this time at reddoorz Batam center 2, asking for a shortfall from my order of 146,990 they asked for an additional 4000 Because according to them the rental price is 150,000.. even though we prefer to book a hotel through ditraveloka Because usually the price of booking a hotel is cheaper through traveloka than directly from the hotel and that's normal and no hotel asks for a charge for the shortfall according to their booking price.
