Please fix the air conditioning in my room. The water is dripping onto the floor, making it wet. A wet floor flood can cause people to slip.

The staff service is good, I asked to move rooms because it smelled of cigarette smoke being served. Thank You. However, the air conditioner was not cold, the two rooms that we tried were not cold, so my family and I moved to sleep in the car at 12 at night because the child was crying and couldn't sleep because of the heat 😣. Hopefully it can be improved again, for the convenience of visitors.

Just wanted to check in, took 2 rooms with 2 twin beds, given towels in one room, only one, blankets were taken not stby in the room with cheap quality aelimut which was colorful and not the same, the hotel was like a shorttime hotel. Immediately I didn't stay overnight. Without me canceling.
