Actually it is comfortable, close to the city but the hotel guard is dirty, very unfriendly, repeatedly moving hotels in front, only being asked for ID card to be photocopied / photographed, this is being held overnight even though tomorrow wants to be used for the exam asked not to be, even when he wants to enter his gaze becomes broad and indirect opened the door ... already paid for a long time but did not enter the data, told traveloka to call ,, it turns out that the guard did not get the data ... not fun at all. The staff named y ** i is very rude. At first we came to the front door locked and he was just silent while watching TV. When checking in we asked why our ID cards were taken and could not be taken before checking out even though in the morning we needed that ID for the exam. If you only need an identity you just need to photocopy it or photograph it because ID card is important. What if the ID card is misused? Can the owner be responsible? When we asked about our identities who were being held, the staff answered in an unpleasant and impolite tone like asking for a fight. Previously, the staff were really kind, called, now the staff has changed like this. Very disappointing because of the staff who are rude and have no manner!

The lodging facilities have no problems, except for dust. But the inn is smoke-free, I chose the room to still be exposed to cigarette smoke. If the occupants of the boarding house smoke in front of the room, I cough badly. Facilities are very recommended, but if there are boarding houses who are smokers, it is not recommended, especially pregnant women / children, respiratory diseases, don't stay overnight except maybe in the pavilion.

The location is good, but: - Only pavilion are available in Traveloka, and only two rooms - There's shared bathroom in pavilion, it's not described on details - No keys on the main door of pavilion, everyone can access it, so that the guest in other rooms lost their toiletries - No chair in room, only table - Air conditioner remote was low battery - The staff was impolite, can you imagine he sat on the bilyard table

The bed was good, but no soap was provided, etc., only 1 towel, no TV remote, trash can, and no wifi password. When I came there, it was like I didn't prepare well, the receptionist said. Hopefully more services will be improved.
