RedDoorz near Happy Farm Ciwidey

The place is really nice, the water heater is working, you get 2 towels and 2 mineral water. The service is fast. Next time I go to Ciwidey, I will stay here again. God willing.

The staff was friendly, but the room was a bit stuffy. And the walls were probably a bit thin, so the activities of other guests staying next to our room were very loud. But the weather was really good, very cool. And it was refreshing, close to tourist attractions.

It's really bad, we arrived at 3 pm the room was not ready. At night, we asked for a glass to drink and asked what it was for? The room was okay but the carpet was dirty, what's more the bathroom was really bad! I'm fed up. I feel like Reddoorz is working together but not paying attention, it's just ruining their good name.

friendly hotel staff, it's just a shame that during the shift change the receptionist lacked communication when I extended my stay in the morning, at 2 o'clock I got a call saying I would be charged because I exceeded the check out limit, even though I had confirmed to add another day in the morning, for delicious food, the recommendation is nasi liwet komplit, sambal dadak, and nasi tutug oncom. cleanliness is okay. to order food from the room we need to come to the receptionist first because there is no landline, the WA number is available but the response is slow sometimes it is not answered. but according to the price, overall everything is okay, for just staying for a vacation in the Ciwidey area, it is recommended.
