Overall, staying here for just one night was enough. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved because the bedsheets had yellowing stains. And the AC remote didn't work.

Service is not friendly and not comfortable. ✓ Towels ✓ Toothbrush + toothpaste x Mineral water x Soap x Sandals The bathroom door can't be closed, there are cockroaches in the room, the TV doesn't work.

The receptionist was not friendly, the room was in a shabby condition, the bathroom door was broken, the toilet was dirty and not clean, the sheets + pillows were dirty, there was no cupboard, the towels smelled, the place was a horror, an old building.

The place is dirty, the AC is not cold, it smells of cigarettes, it's not recommended to bring your family, there are no tissues, drinks, no upgrades, it's expensive

Booked 2 rooms well in advance and paid in full. Eh, when I arrived, I got the remaining room and had to argue before moving rooms, the toilet in the room was broken so I had to fill it manually so that if I pooped it would float away. There was a lot of trash under the bed and the AC was not cold. First and last booking, it would have been better to add a little to get a hotel.

In some rooms, the flush toilet is broken. The first time I opened the door, the room smelled really bad of cigarettes and the AC often gave an error and was not cold. I had contacted the staff and it was fixed but it gave an error again and the second time the staff seemed to be grumbling to themselves.

Sorry to have to review this. In my opinion, the room is shabby and very scary, the swimming pool is very poorly maintained. There was no soap and coincidentally when I stayed the towel was still a little wet like someone had used it. Hopefully it will be better 😊.

I ordered free wifi. But when I asked for it, it turned out to be an additional 5 thousand. I also had to pay for parking, and the bathroom was dirty. It was really bad.

Hotel rent out my booking to other guest before check in cut off time. So totally very dissapointed that I have to find other hotel at 11pm, although they refunded my money on that night right away. I waited until 1; 15 am to ensure it is settled.

Very disappointed, the AC didn't work, the room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, lots of mosquitoes, we didn't stay for 2 nights, we immediately looked for another hotel.
