The room was super dirty, like it had never been cleaned. The toilet was neglected, the mattress was black, and there were lots of cobwebs, like it had never been cleaned. Luckily, there were blankets and pillows in the car so they could be used as a bed base. I was really disappointed.

Very very bad! Just entering the room, it can smell like cat pee. Then the mattress pad has not been changed, it looks really dirty! The AC is only in fan mode, the room is dirty and dusty, let alone the bathroom (even if an animal enters, it can automatically die) 🫠 please, if it's not worth it, don't open a guesthouse like this. It's very very detrimental!

😭 maybe once in a while the app needs to verify whether the place is worthy of being called a hotel/homestay or not, or please come and feel for yourself what the conditions are like, fortunately you came in the afternoon, in the evening you immediately asked your friend to pick you up and move to another hotel

This is the first time I have stayed at redDoorz and I have had a “traumatic” experience. 1. The room was very dirty, full of dust. 2. The bathroom was really dirty. 3. Dust everywhere. 4. There were lots of gecko poop, it wasn’t cleaned. 5. I woke up itching because the mattress was super dirty. 6. The TV wouldn’t turn on. Overall, it’s really, really, really not recommended. Because it was already late at night so I couldn’t move hotels, I was forced to stay there. Really not recommended, I will never book or stay here again.
