The room is very comfy and everything worked great. Warm water running smoothly, Wi-Fi and Netflix, mini refrigerator, and even an electric kettle. There is some option of restaurant to choose from and overall the staff is very helpful. Definitely will come back here again! Please keep up the good service!

The cleanliness wasn't up to par for Airbnb, but it was uncomfortable. The pillows were worn out, the doormat was torn, and the area under the mattress was incredibly dirty, with lots of trash. The floor was also uncomfortable to walk on due to its lack of cleanliness, and the bathroom was less than spotless.

The admin, Farhan, was extremely rude. After checking out, he contacted the customer service team using a private number. I'm a regular at this hotel, but this time I was disappointed by the rude treatment.

No need to be confused anymore for those of you who want to stay here, I swear it's really enjoyable. The swimming pool is very long, very wide. Free to swim at night until 11. This will be my favorite place 😍. If you want to check in, you can directly ask the security guard in front, ask for directions to the tulip lobby ✨. Thank you B residence.

private apartment, more like a minimalist hotel, the price rate is appropriate, the view is very cool, for the Tangerang area it is very easy to access many places from here, there are places to eat, coffee shops, Indomaret, in front of it there is an Aeon mall & my event venue is in front of it, you really don't need to take a grab. highly recommended

There is no shortage, the deposit that was said to be returned late seems like a hoax, because when I checked out it was returned straight away. The point is, just ask the security when you arrive at the Tulip building lobby which way, they will show you the way.
