The room was lacking in cleanliness, especially the mattress and pillowcases. They were replaced immediately upon complaint. The room wasn't soundproof, and outside noise was extremely disturbing. Please improve the room's cleanliness and comfort. Before staying here, I also stayed at another 3-star hotel. The comfort, cleanliness, and soundproofing were far from satisfactory.

The location is close to everywhere, it's really good, the room is spacious, nice, clean! So far it's really good here, I stayed for 9 nights, but it's a bit noisy because the soundproofing isn't really there, you can hear people talking outside, the door opening and closing loudly, everything is really audible and it's a bit disturbing if you can't sleep.

The room I got on the 4th floor wasn't soundproof, so around 1-2 a.m., I could hear children running and screaming, which really disturbed my sleep. Perhaps a little more assertiveness is needed to maintain customer comfort. Thank you.
